Giveaway Terms and Conditions:
By participating in any giveaway organised by Evolution Racing & Development, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions apply to all giveaways unless stated otherwise.
* Winners will be contacted via social media direct message, discord or e-mail, unless stated otherwise.
* The giveaway runs until the date and time stated in the relevant social media post, article, or giveaway page.
* Winners must respond and claim their prize within 3 days of being contacted. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.
* Non-winners will not be notified.
* No correspondence will be entered into regarding giveaway results.
* Giveaway prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.
* ERD and/or the manufacturer or supplier of the prize reserve the right to replace a prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
* ERD and/or the manufacturer or supplier of the prize are not responsible for lost shipments, delays, damages during transport, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the participant.
* Any import duties, customs fees, local taxes, or additional charges associated with receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
* ERD and/or the manufacturer or supplier of the prize cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, injuries, or disappointments resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.
* By participating, you grant ERD permission to use your first name and/or social media handle for promotional purposes related to the giveaway, including publication on social media channels.
* Personal information provided by participants will only be used for communication regarding the giveaway and shipment of prizes. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties, except where necessary for fulfilment and delivery purposes.
* ERD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any giveaway and/or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
* ERD reserves the right to disqualify participants in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation, or behaviour deemed contrary to the spirit of the giveaway.
* Participants must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
* Participants must be of legal age in their country of residence to enter. If a participant is under the legal age, permission from a parent or legal guardian is required.
